How to Use

Add 3 level spoons (included) to a cup of hot water. Stir well.
Herbs may settle - simply stir as you sip.
Drink the infusion only or enjoy the full herbs for maximum benefit - both ways are traditional.
30 servings per jar (approx. 1g per cup). Each blend is pure botanical powder with no fillers.
